NEW: Dedicated inbound numbers!
Inspired by the success of Mani-in, Manifone has launched a professional version of the service: Dedicated, unique International telephone numbers, directly pointed to your phone. Numbers are available in an incredible 3600 cities in more than 40 countries around the globe (see the full list here in Excel or PDF).
As opposed to the basic version of Mani-in, the pro version allows you to pick the exact city where you wish to have your number set up. Unlike the basic version, the pro version doesn't ask your callers for your "extension" number, it forwards the call immediately to you.

SMS evolution: Use multiple senders, or send cheaper text messages from your mobile!
Our new discount SMS feature is getting increasingly popular, and we have just made it even more attractive by adding the possibility to use multiple senders. Register all your mobile phones with your account, here is a quick help:
1) Log into your account, and go to the SMS page
2) Click "Manage sender IDs":
3) Enter the new phone's number by first selecting country, and then completing the number. Now click "Request code" to receive a new verification code to your newly added mobile.
Once you have the code, paste it to the corresponding field, and click "Submit"
If the code was correct, the newly registered Sender ID should appear in the list.
Send cheaper text messages from your data-enabled mobile phone:
Manifone's SMS page is also available from your mobile's WAP or HTML browser. Especially messages to foreign countries can be a lot cheaper via Manifone. Give it a try, see how easy it is to send a text message from your mobile's browser:
1) Log into your account, and go to the SMS page
2) On the right hand side you will find a box that lets you send a shortcut to the Manifone SMS page.
Select the phone that should receive the instructions.
For older mobile phones, click "WAP version", to receive a link to the WAP version of our SMS sending page. For newer phones select "HTML version". If unsure, try both and see which one works for you.
The lightweight mobile version of the text messaging page works without having to log in manually, becasue the URL sent to your phone already contains a secure encrypted ID that will identify you.
Features of the month
Check your account balance directly from your phone:
1) Call your Access Number
2) When connected, dial *3 and your account balance will be announced
Set up a low credit alert:
1) Log in to your account and go to the Account Information page
2) Set the threshold at which you wish to receive an email alert, and click "Save"
